This is a well maintained, one family owned, ski boat.  It is also a special hand built boat that was designed & named after Billy Seebold who raced the original "Cigarette" Ocean Racer.  

 The engine has always been maintained and winterized every year.  It is a fresh water boat except for a short while that it was in Florida.
